What does Islam say about blogging ?

 Ok,Supose you are writting a book about non-islamic things,would you be allowed to compile that,according to the islamic shariah? The answer is No,same is the case with blogs,if its content is non-islamic then its prohibited according to the islam.Otherwise its Halal. But whats the answer when blog is two sided? I mean to say that the blog's content is such,that it could have both meanings,e.g. A blog regarding Mobiles,A Mobile can be used islamically and it could also be used contarary to the islam law ! So whats the answer? Islam has the answer,In principle,"It is permissible to make and sell any thing that has dual or multiple purposes, some of which are permissible and others prohibited. The responsibility of the abuse will rest on the purchaser or user and not on the seller or manufacturer".(Mufti Embrahim Desai S.A).That means such blogs a allowed to be created.Yes Islam has every answer !!
